They helped make some silver rings into a bracelet for my wife and then found a way to fix a Tiffany diamond studded platinum ring that was causing skin irritation. The open spaced backing was staying wet after washing hands and such. The owner found a way to fill in the backing so the skin contact was dry. No longer an irritant, just a beautiful Tiffany ring!
