  Decided to send money through MoneyGram. The next day found out from the person who was supposed to receive the money that first and last names were switched, and they of course can't get the money! Called the Food Mart, the same lade, who by the way asked me which is first name which is last, and still messed up, picked up the phone. I explained, she didn't apologize! Told me that she can call moneygram but i need to be present with my ID. I asked her if it can be done without me being there... She said no, repeated that i need to bring my ID and hanged up on me!!!
