  Absolutely horrible customer service. Associate was extremely rude. Kept shaking her head when she was looking at the gold ring I was trying to sell that retails around $300 despite not having a real diamond in it. Offered me $10 for it. I was offered by a jewelry scrapping place $20 for it to be scrapped and I would get back the artificial diamond. He also confirmed the retail value was around $300 and said I would get more selling it on eBay or another jewelry store. That's sad that Howard's offered me less than a place that scraps jewelry. I know I'm not going to get anything close to $300 for it and I would've been okay with even $50 to $75, but $10, come on. Never going here again. Absolute joke and the worst customer service ever.
