  Wow! What amazing and generous customer service and expertise! I did not even purchase anything on my first visit to Lorain Furniture and Appliance, but I'll be back and will refer anyone else I run into to go there as well! Eugene was absolutely wonderful and took his time to talk with me and answer my questions. He went above and beyond by even helping me prioritize what renovation projects I should take on in my new home purchase. I was also impressed with the depths of knowledge he has on each appliance and the brands, as well as how he built the treasure chest of knowledge. You know immediately he is very hardworking, confident yet humble in his delivery and willing to teach a new customer whatever they need to know. Again, even though I did not make a purchase that day, Eugene and his team have my trust and my wholehearted recommendation. I wish more service businesses were this excellent with their customer service and expertise!

  Great local business in our neighborhood! Eugene and company always have the parts that you need! They sell both new and used appliances which is perfect for anyone, especially if you have rental properties and don't always necessarily need something brand new. Quality and clean used appliances and a very fair price! Plus Eugene has helped me trouble shoot our appliances over the phone several times so I can then just pop into their store and grab the repair parts that I need to fix it myself or Eugene also will come out to make repairs on site. He's been a huge help for us in both capacities! I highly recommend Lorain Furniture! Shop local, buy local and keep local businesses booming!! ;)
