The people from this company were awesome from initially setting up a quick appointment to throughly inspecting our home to giving us great feedback to remedy any problems we had.   They we're extremely friendly and receptive to the million questions we had. They were also available same day which made us very happy as well. It's been almost six months now and still no more bed bugs so I say five stars to these fine folks.
