  Much smaller than the other Club in Oakwood Village. And also, the self checkout wouldn't allow me to use my debit card as a credit card like I do in Oakwood Village. Probably won't be going to that one anymore.

  The store itself is clean and well stocked. During busy times, not enough registers are used. The cafe is always out of something or a machine is broken. Not enough employees to clean the tables and you can tell the employees are stressed out. The last three trips we made, the cafe was out of or unable to fill at least one item that we attempted to order. The rest of the store is well run with the exception of the registers. Just dont expect to get the snack you want from the cafe!

  This place is kind of infuriating. But I'll try to start with the positive - it's clean and well laid out. Any employees I have interacted with are friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Everything is a good value, I mean it's Sam's Club, that's why you're a member and it's the reason this is not a one start review. Now this is where the need for low rating comes in - the clientele here makes me dread going. As I push my child through the parking lot I dodge cars that appear to be trying out for a demolition derby. Inside the fun continues as everyone wanders around aimlessly and gets off on attempting to block the wide aisles with their carts and 15 kids. In an attempt to get you to be in the store longer management has decided to have 3 lanes open for checkout and then have a fun line to exit run buy the recently deceased. This location has tendency to flood so don't go here for disaster prep. One saving grace to egress is the self checkout; most of the people don't understand it, so buying 10 items or less gets you to the front of the line so you can zap your merch and run!
