  Matt took over the business, he states that the furniture will be back within 90 days or sooner. But he doesn't show up.It is hard to reach him on his cell. Calls go unanswered. Leave continuous messages, never calls back. I had the fabric for the furniture for several weeks before he finally came over and picked it up though I offered to drop it off. He did bring one piece of furniture to be sure that I liked the color of the finish. Since there was no contact and multiple people began asking me where my furniture was, I contacted the BBB involved along with numerous other agencies. From the time he received my furniture to the date I got it returned took five months going on six. Had he communicated with me, honestly, I would have been a little more patient. The sad part is that his grandfather owned this business and had an outstanding reputation for good service and excellent work. Matt could do the same if he would just be honest to himself, not promise something he can't deliver on time, stop the lies and until he can hire good quality staff, take on only one or two jobs at a time. When he works, he does an excellent job. The upholstery looks beautiful, there are a some runs in the furniture finish though it is hard to notice.
